Kisses to Crochet Shipping & Delivery Policy 💌

 

Thank you for choosing Kisses to Crochet! Every item is handmade with love and care by us. Our shipping policy is tailored to reflect the time and attention required for each unique creation.

 

1. Order Processing & Creation Time

 

Since all items are either Made-to-Order or need careful packaging, our process involves a creation time before shipping begins.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These are finished products already in stock. They will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: These items are crocheted specifically for you after your order is placed. The time required for creation is generally 3–14 business days. The specific creation timeline will always be noted on the product page before you purchase.

📌 Note: Processing/Creation Time is calculated in business days and is in addition to the shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your handmade items and your delivery location. You will be able to choose from the following estimated delivery options:

Service Estimated Transit Time (After Creation/Processing)
Standard Shipping 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–4 business days

 

3. Shipment Tracking and Confirmation

 

  • Once your handmade item is complete, packaged, and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

  • This email will contain your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website so you can monitor your package's journey.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

 

4. International Shipping

 

  • We happily ship our cozy creations to many countries! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, and fees imposed by their destination country. Kisses to Crochet is not responsible for these external charges.

  • Delivery Time: International transit times vary greatly, but generally range from 7 to 21 business days. Delays due to customs processing are outside of our control.

 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Address

 

  • Damages: We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Incorrect Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
