Kisses to Crochet Returns & Refunds Policy 🧶

At Kisses to Crochet, every item is made with a sprinkle of love and a lot of dedication. Because each piece is handmade and often custom-ordered, we have a specific policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our crafters.

1. General Return Eligibility (Defects Only)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind, as the time and material for your item have already been invested. We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship, and therefore, we only accept returns for items that are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Contact Window: You must notify us of any defects or errors within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Items returned after the 7-day notification window.

  • Items damaged through customer use, washing, or wear (e.g., snags, fading).

  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items made specifically to your unique specifications (colors, names, sizes) cannot be returned unless they are defective or we made a clear error in the order details.

  • Sale Items: All purchases of final sale items are considered final.

3. Damages, Defects, or Errors

If you receive an item that is defective (e.g., a seam is unraveling, the wrong color was used compared to the order):

  1. Notify Us Immediately: Email us at [Insert Customer Service Email Here] within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order Number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs showing the issue.

  2. Assessment: We will review the photos. If we confirm the defect or error, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

  3. Resolution: Once we receive the defective item, you will be offered your choice of a:

    • Full Refund to your original method of payment.

    • Replacement Item (remade and shipped to you at no extra cost).

 

4. Cancellations

 

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before the item is shipped(usually within 1–2 days).

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Items: You may cancel a custom order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order moves into the production queue, and a cancellation may only be eligible for a partial refund to cover materials already purchased.

 

5. Refund Processing

Once your return or cancellation is approved, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
